Any brokerage fees, HST/GST fees, and taxes are the responsibility of recipient. Please note that custom orders, special orders, and certain other specialty product categories are NOT returnable. We allow cancellation of any orders within 24 hours of order placement of standard products. Please note that 2 part epoxies are specialty products and are not like traditional house paints, and therefore material applied on different days or from different batches may not match. Northern Surface Armor is not responsible for color matching for orders placed at different times, so please make sure you have enough materials on hand to complete your project.
